Wisconsin Charter Fishing Spring Brown Trout

Wisconsin Charter Fishing on Lake Michigan is known for its spring Brown trout fishing and is considered one of the best areas to catch Brown trout. We put the boat in early for this reason because the best Brown trout fishing is early spring. As soon as the ice is out of the Milwaukee's McKinley marina area we put the boat in. This can sometimes be the last week of March. Once we are in the water the next three weeks are the best for Brown trout We may keep catching them into mid May but nothing beats the early season bite. We are usually fishing around the Milwaukee harbor because the water is warmer there and the biggest bait fish schools will be around this area.
