Wisconsin Charter Fishing Chinook Salmon Late Fall

Lake Michigan Wisconsin charter fishing Can be good from April through October and we are out there all seven months. But when is the best time for Chinook salmon and I always say when they are biting. But the typical best time is between Memorial Day and Labor Day. The sweet spot is usually between July 4th and through the second week of August. This is when we usually have are best Chinook salmon bite. The second best time is October and typically the last three weeks. After the mature Chinook salmon have spawned the two and three year old Chinooks salmon are looking to put the feed bag on before winter sets in. Not every year will set up for this but when it does we can have some very good Chinook fishing in October and it can even be better than in the summer.
