Wisconsin charter fishing in 2012 has started out hot for Silver King Charters. We are taken 15 to 25 fish each trip in April. This picture shows the captain holding the first Chinook salmon caught in the young season, while Racine charter fishing in 200 feet of water. This fish bit 90 feet down on a spoon. Don't wait until summer because the hottest action of the year is usually late April through May. Coho salmon are King this time of the year but we manage to take a few Chinooks too. Dress warm but this is hot fishing.
