Milwaukee Charter Fishing Early April

Silver King Charters starts running Milwaukee charter fishing trips as soon as the ice is out of the marina. Most years that is the first week of April if not sooner. The bite is usually strong and the action is Brown trout. This is the one time of the season we are for sure targeting this fish. Most of the season Brown trout are too scattered to fish exclusively for just them but during early to mid April it is a perfect time to fish for them. The water is cold and the Brown trout are right near shore or in the harbor. These fish run from 2 to 30 pounds. This lady caught a real nice Brown trout.
